We focus on big problems, brilliant people, and groundbreaking solutions backed by AI to bring change to the legal industry.
We live in an unprecedented time where artificial intelligence and large language models are the next paradigm shift that will revolutionize traditional aspects of many industries, legal included.
At Parrot, our mission is to build an AI-first platform that streamlines the litigation workflow to allow legal professionals to achieve better and faster outcomes.
We have already secured $11 million in Series A funding, led by Amplify Partners and XYZ Venture Capital, and have clients among insurance companies, law firms, and Fortune 500 companies.
Parrot blends the proficiency of 100% reliable, highly-trained reporters with cutting-edge technology to ensure smooth scheduling and hosting of remote depositions.
Our best-in-class speech-to-text algorithm immediately provides legal professionals with a fully searchable, highly accurate rough draft transcript with synced audio/video and AI summary.
At the core of Parrot’s platform are highly specialized AI models that are trained extensively on proprietary and domain-specific data stored securely in accordance with major security standards.
We honed our craft from great people at the best high-growth startups and enterprises to achieve excellence in everything we do.

What makes the Parrots engineering team unique?
Litigation discovery is undergoing a digital revolution as traditional legal sector practices often depend on archaic processes and manual workflows. Here at Parrot, we are at the forefront of this revolution, fully backed by investors with functional income stream that provides a secure working environment.
We are embracing new ideas and the latest technologies to stay ahead in today's rapidly changing landscape. Our tech stack is continuously evolving to help us ship and iterate code faster and provide swift delivery of value to our customers.
We're a small team of high-agency individuals not afraid to take on big challenges. We skip the middle-man and take ownership to get the job done. We celebrate each others' successes and praise our teammates when they go above and beyond.
What does a typical Parrots engineering process and tech stack look like?
We understand the cost of context switching and the importance of deep work. That's why we make effort to minimize the number of meetings and default to async communication.
We use agile methodologies and validate solutions at every stage. We understand that product comes first, and we're not afraid to change existing workflows or rethink our technology choices to ensure we ship faster and use the best tools for the job.
We use various technologies running on Kubernetes in the cloud to build our products. We give teams ownership over their infrastructure so there is lot of potential to learn how to develop as well as operate production ready services at scale.

2. Intro chat (30 minutes, remotely)
Our recruiter and/or engineering manager will meet you for initial call. The goal is to tell you more about what we are up to and at the same time get to know you. Together, we will evaluate whether it would be a good fit.
3. Technical Interview (60-90 minutes, remotely or in-person)
This is mostly discussion based interview. You don't need to prepare anything but your sharp mind. We want to get insight into your experience, technology overview, system design skills and coding practices.
4. Interview panel (120 minutes, remotely)
You’ll meet at least 3 different people from our side. Usually these are product managers, engineering leads or manager, and sometimes even our CEO, Aaron O’Brien. The discussion will be focused on healthy engineering practices and product collaboration.
5. Meet the team (Optional)
It would be great to see each other in person if we haven't had the chance until now. Have a lunch with us or just visit casually our team in the office to get to know everyone.
